3. How long is your warranty time and how are you going to provide warranty service?

 

All of our new sealed items are fully-guaranteed and comes with a standard 1 year warranty since the day we send the goods out. As all our new products are taken from manufacturers directly, the equipment we supply is inherently reliable. The return rate is almost zero in the past. In case your goods develop a fault in warranty period, please provide your products information, include faulty detail, part No. series No. order No. etc., once we confirm the product is within its warranty period, you can return the item to us, when we receive it; we will ship replacement to you.

 

4. Why the model I am looking for is not on your website?

 

We only put some most popular items on the website, but it doesn't mean that we don't have them in stock, for exact information, you can contact our sales.

 

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Most goods are dispatched within 24 hrs of payment clearing. Depending on your location and the item, the delivery will usually take around 1-5 days by FedEx, TNT, DHL, and UPS.

 

6. What is the meaning of Used, NOB, F/S?

 

Used means this hardware was used before. NOB means New Open Box and F/S means Factory sealed.

Yes, we do business with many overseas companies and are competent in preparing customs documentation, commercial invoices, International orders are shipped using FOB Incoterms.

 

10. How Can I track my order?

 

Our sales will update you through Email on each step we have taking till you have received the goods.

 

11. What can I do if goods faulty on arrival?

 

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 14 days to inform us of the fault. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we'll send replacement to you immediately and we will make the full refund If the items out of stock.

 

12. What can I do if goods Damaged in Transit?

 

Please kindly understand that all our price is Free On Board (FOB), so we recommend you to buy cargo insurance for your products.

If your goods are damaged in transit, we advise you to follow below 2 step:

• Please inform us of the fault within 3 days.

• Please contact the carriers about the fault immediately. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, you must sign the delivery note accordingly.

And then we will do our best to help you claim for compensation.

Generally, if you have bought full value insurance, you can get a full compensation.
