In case your goods develop a fault in warranty period, please provide your products information, include faulty detail, part No. series No. order No. etc., once we confirm the product is within its warranty period, you can return the item to us, when we receive it; we will ship replacement to you.

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 14 days to inform us of the fault. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we'll send replacement to you immediately and we will make the full refund If the items out of stock.


12. What can I do if goods Damaged in Transit?


Please kindly understand that all our price is Free On Board (FOB), so we recommend you to buy cargo insurance for your products.

If your goods are damaged in transit, we advise you to follow below 2 step:

• Please inform us of the fault within 3 days.

• Please contact the carriers about the fault immediately. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, you must sign the delivery note accordingly.

And then we will do our best to help you claim for compensation.
